Our clinic is an independent, private organization. This means that we are not financially supported by the Government or by any other donating structure or fund.

At the contrary: we are obliged to pay V.A.T. over all our revenues and are submitted to a myriad of

rules and prohibitions. You may know them as regulations and administrative reinforcements concerning certification, legislation, tax payment, the environment, employees, opiates, radiation, storage of medicine and so forth...

As in any company these regulations are bringing expenses that are included in our prices. Our goal is to offer you the best possible veterinary service for an acceptable, competitive price. But also we need means to invest in our equipment, housing and education to keep up with the actual level of veterinary knowledge.

You may have noticed that our prices are sometimes a bit higher than in other clinics. This may be due to varying local circumstances as higher local taxes or insurance fees in the Randstad.

Also the choice of used materials, equipment and medication is variable according to the standards of the veterinary clinic. These standards are crucial to achieve the best veterinary care for your pet.

We regret not to be able to offer you an excellent level of care for bottom prices.
